Ok, the word on the street is that Tropical Storm Dalila should be sending 10 foot waves to the Vallarta / Punta Mita / Sayulita area in the next 24 to 36 hours. Woo-hoo. Our first big storm of the season and it looks like it should stay out at sea, only sending in some nice, heavy rollers.
Licking my wounds, Andrew says that I can borrow a shortboard so I don’t have to bring the fish to heavy conditions. My surfboard quiver is in low supply, a new acquisition is in the works!
