selections from two impressive time lapse photography projects by Buzzy Sullivan: The first is a series of images taken by attaching LED lights to a skateboard and photographing the action in the dark. Balletic light sculptures. The second project was done with a linear strip camera, that essentially takes a time lapse photo but of only a very small linear strip of area, while the film is moving. So while filming a moving object, the background is stationary (but looks blurred) and the moving object is the only thing that is defined. the tricky part is getting the motion of the film and moving object to correlate.
