RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Please review your invoice before placing a return. Make sure the items you received match what you ordered on your invoice. Quality Peoples wants you to be happy with your purchase. Items must be in their original condition they were received (not worn, not altered or washed, with all tags attached, with individual packaging). If the conditions are met and the item(s) are in perfect resalable condition, regularly priced merchandise will be accepted within 10 days of you receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, less shipping costs.
All orders must be authorized for return before they are sent through mail. Please do not send your order for return without authorization. If your order is sent to us through mail without proper authorization, we reserve the right to keep your order and your order will not be sent back under any circumstances. To get authorization on a return, please contact us via e-mail, have your order number available which is located on the invoice sent with your item(s) and you will be sent back an authorization for your return. The packing slip and return authorization form must be included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange if the items have any signs of wear, misuse or damage.
On all returns, original shipping cost will not be reimbursed. Outbound shipping on exchanges is free of charge. Clearance, and sale merchandise are FINAL sales. No returns. Returns take approximately 1 week for processing after your return is received at our warehouse. We appreciate your patience.
